
why is it essential to have onion in every malay cooking?
why? why???
cause without onion, Malay food would be tasteless.
it's like a car without the engine,
football without player,
baseball without bat...
(what the hell am i talking about!)
everything would be meaningless.
To have it in every cook is a must.
gulai, kari, rendang, singgang...
you name it and onion goes in it!
it definitely proves that it is a must in very malay cooking.
but why one must suffer badly due to cutting it?
