Of denim

Eversince Baba broke his toe/heel last Ramadan, there is no other mean he could move around (aka drive around) without Zaid's help. Baba has weekend classes in KL which he had to take since there is no one else who is able to teach the subject. Apparently he is the only one in his faculty who teaches that subject (and it has something to do with the history of math or what I can't recall). So of course that means Zaid has to be Baba's driver and bring him to KL every other weekend (may Allah bless my husband for being a filial son and heal my father-in-law)

I of course never followed them because I feel like I am an extra luggage to Zaid. If Zain and I were to follow, first Zaid had to take care of Baba, push him around and whatnot and then Zaid had to worry about me not eating (even though I am fine but my husband is sweet, he always worries about me not eating ;)) and then he had to travel from Baba's class to the hotel to make sure I eat. Just thinking about it makes me dizzy. Sometimes I feel like I want to follow for the sake of jalan-jalan in KL. But really, reality check, it's not like I can travel alone with a baby in KL and go anywhere I wish to go. KL is a place I am not familiar with. KL is NOT JB. JB is my hometown. I can drive anywhere in JB but certainly not in KL.

Anyway due that reason, Zaid and I will be apart every weekend (sob sob). So today (well, practically yesterday) the whole Johor is on holiday for Sultan's birthday (Happy Birthday Sultan. Thank you for the day off on your birthday! Allah bless). Zaid and I decided we go somewhere to spend the time together with our little bub aka Zain Usama.

The theme is casual denim. Acece. Poyoes. But yeah, I managed to make sure everyone is color coordinated because I really like it when we wear the same color and thankfully my sweet husband always agree with whatever my crazy idea is. We decided to go to City Square. It was not weekend so it was not as packed. We get parking lot a few minutes after we got in alhamdulillah. We ate nice lunch at Delicious.

No pictures though. Zain was running around that Zaid and I had to take turn to eat. But Alhamdulillah we managed to eat well.

After that we brought Zain to the (paid) playground. Aah seeing my son now walking around the place... It seems like yesterday I gave birth to him.

And of course his favorite toy of all is anything with steering wheel.

And he found love in this bike too.
Basically anything vehicles sure Zain will love.

My hansamu husband holding my salted caramel coffee and my "the mystery of Benedict's Society"'novel (can't find Neil Gaiman's Ocean at the of the lane :( )

Denim day.

I am not kidding about Zain love anything with wheels

Wheelchair pun bolee!
